2. Product Information

The name, main specifications, quantity, and unit price of the products you are purchasing are clearly displayed in your cart and on the order summary screen. All products are crafted exclusively on a made-to-order basis, in accordance with individual customer requests.

3. Total Price

The total amount — including product price, shipping, and applicable taxes — is clearly displayed at checkout. For international orders, customs duties and import charges are not included and are the buyer's responsibility.

4. Payment

Payment is collected in full at the time of order through Shopify Payments, Stripe, or İyzico, under SSL/TLS encryption. Card data is not stored in BÂROFE's systems. Instalment options are displayed at checkout for supported cards.

5. Delivery

Domestic orders (Turkey): 5–14 business days from confirmation. International orders: 7–21 business days. Delivery is made to the address provided at checkout; shipping costs are displayed at checkout.

6. Right of Withdrawal

Every piece at BÂROFE is made for you, and only after your order is placed. As such, our products fall under the withdrawal exception of the Distance Contracts Regulation:

"The right of withdrawal cannot be exercised in contracts relating to goods prepared in accordance with the consumer's requests or personal needs." (Art. 15/1-ç)

Returns are not accepted. The Company's liability is limited strictly to defects of production origin.

A one-time size or model exchange may be requested within 7 days of delivery.

7. Defective Goods

If the product is delivered defectively, the consumer may elect one of the following under Article 11 of Law No. 6502: to request free repair, to request a proportional price reduction, to request replacement with a non-defective equivalent, or to rescind the contract. These rights must be exercised within 2 years of delivery.

8. Complaints & Disputes

Complaints should first be directed to info@barofe.com. If unresolved, Consumer Arbitration Committees and Consumer Courts have jurisdiction. The Ministry of Trade's Consumer Information System (tuketici.gov.tr) is also available.

9. Order Confirmation

By clicking "Complete Order" or "Proceed to Payment", you declare that you have read, understood, and accepted this form and the Distance Sales Agreement in full.
