Shipping policy
Order Processing & Production
Every BÂROFE piece is made to order. Each design is carefully prepared following order confirmation, with production and preparation typically taking approximately 5 business days before dispatch.
Orders placed before 2:00 PM on weekdays are processed on the same business day. Orders placed after this time are processed on the following business day. Orders are not processed on weekends or public holidays.
Estimated preparation and dispatch times are communicated in the order confirmation email. Timelines may vary in the case of special production requirements or exceptional circumstances.
Domestic Delivery (Turkey)
For orders delivered within Türkiye, estimated transit time is generally 3–5 business days after dispatch.
Including production and shipping, the total estimated delivery timeframe is approximately 8–10 business days from the date the order enters processing.
Shipping fees are determined by order value and applicable promotions and are displayed at checkout. Complimentary shipping may be available for qualifying orders.
Tracking details are sent to the email address associated with your order once your parcel has been dispatched.
International Delivery
BÂROFE offers international shipping to selected destinations.
All international orders are made to order and are generally prepared for dispatch within approximately 5 business days.
Estimated transit and delivery times vary depending on the destination country. Available delivery options and applicable shipping fees are displayed at checkout.
International deliveries may be subject to additional processing time due to customs clearance, carrier operations, or local regulations in the destination country.
Where applicable, estimated customs duties and import taxes may be calculated and collected at checkout. Any duties, import taxes, or local charges not collected at checkout remain the responsibility of the recipient, subject to applicable regulations and the terms of the order.
Available shipping destinations are displayed during checkout.
Showroom Orders & Collection
At the BÂROFE showroom in Istanbul, clients may explore and try on physical samples of our collection across the available sizes and colour variations.
Products displayed in the showroom form part of our made-to-order experience and are not offered as immediately available, ready-to-take retail inventory.
Orders placed at the showroom are prepared following our production process. Once completed, orders may be collected from the showroom or shipped to the client's preferred delivery address, according to the agreed delivery arrangements.
Estimated production and delivery timelines are communicated when the order is placed.
Shipment Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, tracking information and carrier details will be sent to your registered email address.
You can follow your shipment through the relevant courier's website or application.
Delivery Issues
If your estimated delivery timeframe has been exceeded, your parcel arrives damaged, or your order is incomplete or incorrect, please contact info@barofe.com.
In the event of carrier-related delays, our team will assist by monitoring the shipment and coordinating with the carrier where necessary. Your statutory consumer rights remain unaffected.
Address Changes
Requests to change your delivery address may be submitted to info@barofe.com before your order has been dispatched.
Address changes cannot be guaranteed once an order has entered the shipping process.
Additional shipping costs resulting from incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer may be the responsibility of the recipient, subject to applicable law.
Unsuccessful Delivery
If delivery attempts are unsuccessful and the parcel is returned to BÂROFE, you will be notified by email.
Where delivery has failed for reasons attributable to the recipient, additional shipping costs for resending the order may apply, subject to applicable law.
