Refund policy
Returns
Every piece at BÂROFE is made for you, and only after your order is placed. As such, our products fall under the withdrawal exception of the Distance Contracts Regulation:
"The right of withdrawal cannot be exercised in contracts relating to goods prepared in accordance with the consumer's requests or personal needs." (Art. 15/1-ç)
Returns are not accepted. The Company's liability is limited strictly to defects of production origin.
Exchange
A one-time size or model exchange may be requested within 7 days of the delivery date. To initiate a request, write to support@barofe.com with your full name, order number, and reason for the exchange.
Conditions the product must meet
All of the following must be satisfied. Failure to meet any single condition will result in the request being declined.
- Unused and untried.
- Original tag intact and attached in its original position.
- Returned in its original inner packaging and outer box.
- Free of any scent — perfume, deodorant, smoke, or similar.
- Free of makeup marks, stains, or any trace of wear.
- Unwashed, chemically untreated, and unaltered.
Any fabric deformation occurring during fitting — particularly in close-fitted or inelastic styles — is the buyer's responsibility.
Post-Delivery Inspection
On receipt, check the outer packaging for damage. If you notice any, open the parcel in the courier's presence and request a damage report — this document is essential for any subsequent claim. Check the contents against your order.
Damaged or Defective Product
If you receive a product with a production defect, damage, or discrepancy, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@barofe.com with photographs documenting the issue and your order number. If the claim is approved, you will be asked to send the product to:

The product must be returned with original tags attached, unused, and in the same condition as received.
Review & Refund
On receipt, the item is assessed and you will be notified of the outcome promptly. If the defect is confirmed as production-related, the product price will be refunded to the original payment method within 14 business days. Your bank's processing timeline may add a few additional days.
Non-Refundable Charges
Customs duties and import charges on international orders are excluded from any refund.
Invoice Requirement
No exchange or damage claim can be processed without the original invoice.
