1. Parties

These Terms & Conditions govern the relationship between BÂROFE Moda Tekstil Ürünleri Sanayi ve Dış Ticaret Limited Şirketi ("BÂROFE") and everyone who visits or uses www.barofe.com. Accessing the site constitutes full acceptance of these terms.

BÂROFE is a luxury womenswear platform defined by a timeless, contemporary aesthetic. Every piece is produced exclusively on a made-to-order basis — a commitment that sits at the heart of what the brand is.

BÂROFE reserves the right to modify its collections, pricing, site content, and services without prior notice.

3. User Obligations

Prices are in Turkish Lira (TRY) and inclusive of applicable taxes. For international orders, any cost variation from exchange rate movements is the user's responsibility.

In the event of a pricing error due to a system fault or typographical mistake, BÂROFE reserves the right to cancel the relevant order.

6. Liability

The site is provided as is; uninterrupted or error-free operation is not guaranteed. BÂROFE's total liability in any matter shall not, under any circumstances, exceed the value of the relevant order.
