Order Processing

As every product at BÂROFE is made to order, preparation timelines differ from standard stock-based models. The estimated preparation and dispatch time for each order is communicated individually in the order confirmation email.

Orders placed before 14:00 on weekdays are processed the same day; orders placed after that time are processed the following business day. No orders are processed on public holidays.

Domestic Delivery (Turkey)

Domestic orders are generally delivered within 5–14 business days of dispatch. Shipping fees are determined by order value and current promotions, and are displayed clearly at checkout. Free shipping may apply above certain thresholds. Tracking details are sent automatically to your registered email once your order is dispatched.

International Delivery

International orders are generally delivered within 7–21 business days depending on destination and customs clearance; timelines may be longer for certain destinations. Shipping fees are calculated by country and order weight, and are displayed at checkout.

All customs duties and import charges are the buyer's responsibility. Shipping restrictions may apply to certain countries; supported destinations are listed at checkout.

Shipment Tracking

Tracking information is sent automatically to your email the moment your order is dispatched. You may follow your shipment in real time via the relevant courier's website or app.

Delivery Issues

If the estimated timeframe has been exceeded, your parcel has arrived damaged, or your order is incomplete or incorrect, write to info@barofe.com. BÂROFE is not directly liable for carrier delays, but our team will follow up and work to resolve any issue.

Address Changes

Address change requests before dispatch may be submitted to info@barofe.com. Changes cannot be guaranteed once an order has entered the shipping process. Re-shipping costs due to incorrect address information are the buyer's responsibility.

Failed Delivery

If delivery attempts are unsuccessful and the parcel is returned, you will be notified by email. Re-shipping costs are the buyer's responsibility.
